Applying for an admission
Welcome at the online application system of the Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts (FHK). On this website you can apply for an admission to one of our bachelor or master degree educations, or to one of the pre-courses. More information on the (legal) backgrounds of the admission, can be found on the FHK-website. We recommend your reading this first. Please read the instructions on this website with great care too.
In short, the application looks like this:
- For bachelor and master educations you need to make an 'enrolment request' on www.studielink.nl first. (If you have an official address in the Netherlands, you will need a DigiD for this. If you do not have one yet, you will have to acquire one on www.digid.nl. This will take at least five days.)
- After one working day, you will receive an email from the Student Administration Desk of the Fontys School for Fine and Performing Arts, containing your studentnumber.
- To apply for a pre-course you do not need a studentnumber, so you will not receive one.
- Now you can make an account on this site, by clicking on the 'register now' link at the bottom of this page.
- After registration, you will receive an activation email
- After activating you account, you can log in.
- You will be asked to provide the studentnumber. For bachelor or master educations you need the studentnumber; you do not need a studentnumber for a pre-course.
- Apply for one or more admissions
- Pay the costs of the admission(s) by online payment. After this, your account will be blocked for further changes and you will not be able to log in again.
- You will receive a confirmation by email
- At the latest a week before the actual admision date, you will receive an invitation to the admission day, by email.
- If you can not be invited for the admission, for instance because the level of your previous education is not sufficient, you will be informed about this.
This website will lead you through all necessary steps. Please carefully read the instructions on each page.
Before you continue, you might need the following:
- For bachelor and master educations: An account on www.studielink.nl
- You login data for internetbanking (Dutch or Belgian) or your creditcard data
- Possibly a good scan of a recent passport portrait (not obligatory) (Size max 5MB, jpg, jpeg, bmp)
- Possibly scan(s) of your previously obtained diploma(s) (not obligatory)
- Possibly a Word or TXT-file of your resume (not obligatory)
- For the Roackacademy: A website with at least 3 demo songs.
You can log in on this website at any time to continue you rappplication, or to make changes, until you have completed a payment. At that point your application will start to be processed and you will no longer be able to log in.
